You’ll find a great selection complete with hot entrees, various themed stations that feature specialty entrees such as fresh omelets, an international bar, delicious pizza, an endless salad bar, a drinks station and fresh desserts. Choose what you want and go back for more!

Quality

Fresh products made on-site provide quality and consistency to our customers and are utilized wherever possible. We serve premium grade of Folgers Coffee, Coca-Cola products, Florida grown juices, and Blue Bunny ice cream and smoothies. We use 75 percent fresh ingredients in our dining options. Locally grown produce and local eggs and regional food distributors are used when available, providing the freshest and most sustainable meal options.

Sustainability

Sustainable initiatives and programming are promoted within Dining Services to support the global priorities of Davis & Elkins College. In order to integrate sustainable practices into our operation to reduce our carbon footprint and make the world a better place.  In cooperation with the GreenWorks! Student organization, recycle cardboard, metals and plastics, use trans-fat-free oils, recycle cooking oil for alternative fuels, don’t use wasteful plastic trays, and have converted to LED lighting systems.

 Health

A strong emphasis is placed on the health of our guests. D&E Dining Services encourages a healthier lifestyle by educating students, faculty and staff on how to choose a healthier culinary experience. The Dining Services team is well versed in food allergen protocol and respectful of non-medical dietary choices.
