Biography
Kaye brings more than 15 years of experience in journalism, communications and public relations to D&E. He has more than 4,000 bylined articles published online and in print. Before moving to Elkins from California as part of the Ascend WV program, he was a solo public relations practitioner working on strategic communications projects in the U.S. and the Middle East.
