Saddle up and experience the most enjoyable, low impact, and effective workouts. This beginning spin class takes the first six-weeks to get new riders (or those who haven’t been on an indoor bike for a while) back in the saddle so you can build your fitness level over time. After the first six-weeks you will continue to build your cardio fitness. Throughout the class you will go through a series of hills, intervals, and sprints encouraging you to push and challenge yourself every step of the way to achieve your individual goals.
