The Alumni Office is located on the third floor of Halliehurst and is your center for information about classmates, alumni activities and alumni leaders. You may email the Alumni Office for address updates, group information, event registration, or to share what's new in your life!
Booth Library is open to all alumni of Davis & Elkins College, including use of reference materials and computer databases. To check out materials, you will need to request a library card at the Circulation Desk. Alumni are always welcome and encouraged to visit the Library, and every effort will be made to assist. Alumni Tuition Program
Effective with the 2010 spring semester, alumni who have graduated from Davis & Elkins College with a bachelor’s degree will be eligible to enroll for regular courses at the College at the special tuition rate of $350 per credit hour. Discount does not apply to summer tuition rates. To participate in this program, an alumnus/alumna:
- Must have earned a bachelor’s degree from Davis & Elkins College,
- Must have been out of school three or more years prior to entering the program,
- May enroll for up to nine credit hours during either the fall or spring semester on a space available basis, and
- Must apply for admittance though the Office of Admission and submit a deposit fee of $150.
The Alumni Tuition Program is valid until notice of termination. It does not constitute a permanent entitlement for alumni and may be canceled at any time at the discretion of Davis & Elkins College. Contact the Office of the Registrar for more information.
